Great mountain getaway
Publié le 13 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin itself was great. Clean and well put together. The views are amazing. Quick 15 minute drive to downtown with restaurants and shops. One thing to note: this property is up on a mountain only accessible by dirt roads with a couple of very steep/bumpy spots. It was a little tricky but not too bad for me to get in and out of the property (I have a front wheel drive RAV4). If you don’t have an SUV or a truck, it’s going to be difficult to get in and out of this property.

Thank you for your review. I am glad you enjoyed the cabin It is true that there are gravel roads and sometimes bumpy. It’s been too dry to grade so a little rough at the moment. 95% of the guests don’t have 4 wheel drive and drive a car and never have a problem . The others seem to never have seen a gravel road. We had one guest described gravel as “large rocks”that she had to drive around. No one gets stuck
if you drive slow and steady it’s no issue. Also most folks in the reviews don’t mention that the gravel road is only about 1 mile. Well worth the bumpy road. We are on a high ridge with awesome views.

20th Anniversary Celebration
Publié le 5 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I had a wonderful time at the cabin. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub and gazing at the stars. The view is great! Would definitely recommend staying!

Host was very responsive and provided lots of great information on what to do, where to go and great restaurants. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Perfect cozy mountain getaway

The owner was very accommodating with thorough communication. Loved the view from bedroom and happily enjoyed ourselves. Cabin had everything we needed. Loved relaxing on the porch swing and hot tub. Thank you for our stay!

GREAT CABIN
Publié le 3 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis cabin is a great one to stay at in Blue Ridge. The cabin was clean, had plenty of supplies, comfortable bed, great views, and a nice hot tub. The welcome note and treats were a nice touch. The owner communicates very well with information about the area and answers any questions you may have. I would recommend this place!
