Good location , private . Property very tired . Holes rotted through floor , window frames rusted through . told to fill wood box on departure , which we did ,it was empty on arrival . Surfaces greasy . We cleaned it better on departure .

Hi Garry, thanks for your review and I am sorry your expectations were not met. We are a classic Tasmanian beach shack located 100 steps from the sea and the environment is very harsh. Unfortunately the owners are based in Melbourne and due to covid restrictions there has been limited opportunity to visit and attend to the regular and ongoing maintenance. That said, we are not a 5 star resort and the essence of a shack holiday is about the environment and location.
