It was under renovation & we didn't know that. Should have been noted. The room was fine. Temp was hard to control. No soap in bathroom & toilet was extremely low. Brkfast was fine, but limited. Pool area had construction materials stored in it, so didn't use. Kind of disappointing....

On behalf of the entire team, let me apologize for not meeting your expectations. We are listed on our website as a Special Project and it does state that renovations are occurring. We apologize that you were not aware before your arrival. If you would have called down, we would have been happy to help you navigate the new thermostats in the room. We are providing bars of soap until our Dove body wash comes in. Our toilets are standard size. We apologize that you did not find these things to your likings. The contractors were using the pool area as a temporary holding spot for their tools until a storage container became available. We apologize that you felt you were unable to use the pool because of this. We are glad to hear you enjoyed breakfast. We do hope for another opportunity to host you after renovations are complete. I assure you, this is not the norm for our hotel.

Completely under renovation and expired breakfast
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThe whole place was under construction. It didn’t even look open. The pool was chained closed. The “fitness room” would not have fit 2 people in it at once and was filthy. The breakfast was mostly pre-prepared food that had handwritten labels saying “use by” and dates were nearly all 1-3 days EXPIRED. There was water actively leaking from the ceiling above the breakfast counter. The room was clean and the staff friendly, but it should not be open while under renovation.

On behalf of the entire team, let me apologize for not meeting your expectations. As soon as we noticed the water dripping, we went into action to locate and stop the leak. We were just as upset, if not more, that this was occurring. We are diligently working to cause as minimal disruption to our guests as possible. Your concerns about dates on the breakfast items has been addressed with the appropriate person so ensure this does not happen again. The fitness center is part of the renovations and will soon be moved to the pool room with much more equipment available to our guests. We are glad to hear you found your room clean and our staff friendly. We hope for an opportunity to host you in the future.

Property being remodeled..our room smelled horrible and was very damp. Air did not work well and was noisy

Everything in the rooms will be brand new floor to ceiling, wall to wall. The remodel includes new paint, tile, carpet, furniture, beds and bedding, a complete bathroom renovation and much, much more. We do apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay. We want all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay with us. We're sad to hear we fell short on that with you. We do hope for another opportunity to improve upon your stay.

Property was undergoing renovations, window blinds did not close all the way and woke me up several times because of this, vending machine in the lobby did not work.

Had we been made aware of your curtains not closing all the way during your stay, we would have done everything in our power to correct the issue. We want all of our guests to get a great night's rest and wake up ready to take on the day. We do apologize that you encountered issues with the vending machines. We are in the process of renovating the entire property. Part of that will be installing a market and doing away with the vending. We do hope for another opportunity to host you so that we can improve upon your stay.

Only reason for 4 stars on conditions is due to their ongoing renovation. This is a good, clean hotel that I will stay at again
