I am truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. I would like to address some of the points you raised in your review.- I would like to clarify that I never said I haven't had time for maintenance due to high occupancy. What I explained was that I touched up scuff marks left by previous guests but stopped to avoid overwhelming paint fumes for new arrivals. I apologized to you and planned to complete the touch-ups when there was more time between guests.- The property is a manufactured home, accurately shown in the ad photos. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, as confirmed by other guests' positive reviews.- Regarding cleanliness, I apologize if the property did not meet your expectations. I inspected the home and found it to be clean. My cleaner also took photos after her work. I offered to have her return to address any concerns, but I did not receive a response from you.- The issues with the dryer and the smoke detector were unfortunate and have been resolved. The smoke detector has been replaced, and the dryer vent has been cleared. Safety is a top priority, and I appreciate your bringing these to my attention.- I apologize for the discomfort caused by the dining room chair and patio furniture; these issues have been addressed. The master bedroom ceiling fan doesn't work, so a stand-up fan is provided.- Your feedback on the furnishings and condition has been noted.
