Cumpre o prometido.
Casa muito bem localizada, fácil acesso, local tranquilo e seguro. Imóvel bom, conservado e atende toda necessidade, somente dois quartos tem ar condicionado. Um quarto na parte de baixo fora do apto estava com a parede descascada e bem mofada, atrapalhou bastante por conta do cheiro forte de mofo. Banheiros bons, equipados, roupa de cama e banho limpas e utensílios de cozinha de acordo. Proprietário (Sr Joias) e a co-anfitriã ( Sra Márcia ) sempre prestativos e muito atenciosos.
