Refused first room. Dirty. It hadnt been cleaned for a long time. Staff was great, but the property is dirty and rooms haven't been updated for ages.

The property seemed sketchy. The room was nasty. There were roaches everywhere. We left and went to another hotel.

Itched all night had to sleep on two towels to not lay on cover . Big spider crawling had to kill it . Maid trying to enter room after 8 at night . Maid should have a sheet showing occupied rooms .

Absolutely disgusting!!

We arrived at 9pm at night. Was sent to our room. When we arrived door was open and cleaning lady was just then cleaning this room. Left door open. This is an outside door. Room was full of mosquitoes we all 3 got bit up so bad from the bugs they let in while cleaning. Mold in the bathroom. Found a pair of sunglasses in the bed and a bottle of eye drops in the room so clearly the beds were not even changed. Worst sleep of my life! Never again

Upon check in the front desk employee asked ne was i alone or was my "friend " (guy) with me. I said no and then he proceeds to tell me that he is looking for a girlfriend. I laughed it off and walked away. I went into the room and rigbt back out to go to the gas station. I received multiple calls from him saying he was apart of the fraud department at Expedia. He couldn't supply me with any credentials and demanded to speak with the cardholder (boyfriend). It was a really uneasy feeling like if i was there alone something else may have happened.

Needs lots of improvement.

I hear that the hotel rooms are getting renovated, however room 227 wasn't anywhere close to being up to date. Walked in the room and had a musty smell, the shower was moldy and hair everywhere. TV had no sound, carpets dirty and greasy. Lighting was rusty, there were roaches crawling out of the furniture, and lifted the bed sheets and bed bugs everywhere. Needless to say I left and slept in my vehicle.

Drapes wouldn’t close without leaving gaps at either side of window, refrigerator didn’t work, drapes too long for window, chair had no padding, smell in room like sewer gas, and bed was uncomfortable. Not to mention front lobby windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. Property looked run down upon close encounter. With I had never reserved room there.
