House keeping Please.
Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HotelsUnfortunately the smell in our room became 😕 worse through the night. My sister and grandson were nauseated from it. The floor was dirty. Couldn't get the door to shut all the way to lock it. Didn't feel safe.

The room was old and had a very strong sewer the odor.

Worst hotel experience
Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHonestly the worst hotel room and experience we’ve ever had. Had to ask for clean sheets because ours were dirty. Grounds and the building were in disrepair. The hotel host was nowhere to be found when we went to checkout and the free “breakfast” was in the locked office. We had to call her personal cell phone number to get the host to unlock the office door. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Everyone was friendly. Place was clean just run down a bit. Bed was comfortable and had cable. Had a little fridge, microwave and coffee pot.

Clean but Dinky and Dark
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HotelsStaff did the best they could but building was designed wrong. Room was less than 300 sqft. You had to close door to access sink, toilet or mirrors. Shower so small it was hard to turn. Had to dry off outside of shower Heard everything neighbors said. Not a safe enjoyable experience.

Nice front desk person for our late night arrival. The bed sheets were clean. The air conditioner worked. The carpet was dirty. The lock on the door did not work. The area around the building was cluttered and unkept. We had 2 bath towels and one hand towel but no wash cloths. Felt like this room was overpriced for what we received.
