The house can be split into 2 separate self-contained apartments, or treated as a whole house with 2 levels, each with full amenities.
The upstairs retreat is self contained luxury with a king bed, kitchen, dining for 4, laundry, spa, breathtaking views and private deck. BBQ on the deck or use the well appointed kitchen to cook up a storm.
Downstairs at Heathcliff are 2 further generous sized bedrooms configured with king and queen beds, lounge, dining, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, laundry, bathroom and half bath. A sweeping deck complete with BBQ, dining for 6, outdoor lounge and deck chairs is the perfect place to relax and soak in the view. Outdoor heating and festoon lights make evenings on the deck a special treat even in colder months.
Smart TVs in all living spaces and bedrooms, board games and a curated selection books will keep you entertained even on rainy days.

Start the day with a stroll along Boat Harbour Beach. Visit local attractions or spend the day at the beach. House comes complete with beach supplies for an idyllic day at the beach, including beach towels, picnic blanket, beach umbrella and chairs, picnic set and boogie boards.

Instead, take the turn-off to Boat Harbour Beach to find this seaside getaway.
Laze on the sheltered beach, spot marine life in rock pools and head to Seekers Bar and Cafe in the surf club for fish and chips and chilled drinks that come with a panoramic view of Bass Strait.
Explore neighbouring Rocky Cape National Park. This park surrounds another beach community, Sisters Beach, which is located along a former horse trail known as the Postman’s Track that once connected Burnie and Stanley.
Check out the park’s remarkable geological formations - the rocks of pinmatik / Rocky Cape are among the oldest in Tasmania. Explore extensive hiking trails and see Tasmanian Aboriginal shelter caves; please respect the wishes of the Aboriginal community and don’t enter the caves.
Boat Harbour Beach is a 1hr drive (80km) west of Devonport and a 2hr drive (176km) north-west of Launceston. The closest airport is Burnie/Wynyard under 20 mins drive.
Burnie/Wynyard airport is under 20 minutes drive, and very handy for flying in and out from most Australian capital cities. You will need a car to shop for groceries or dine out at nearby Wynyard or to visit local places of interest. Stroll to the beach and local cafe which serves breakfast and lunch. A 2 hour scenic walk to Sisters Beach starts directly opposite Heathcliff if you are looking to take in the stunning vistas and wildflowers.
