OUR PREFERENCES & RESTRICTIONS:
Please note the following for booking:
- Occupancy: Maximum of 3 guests
- No Children Under 12: The condo is not suitable for young children due to its light-colored decor and furnishings.
- Minimum Stays: 1 week minimum from Nov 1–Apr 30, and 4 days from May 1–Oct 31.
- Prefer bookings to begin/end on weekends to match many traveller vacation schedules
- No Smoking, No Pets, No Large Groups: Please respect our no-smoking and no-pets policy. The property is not suitable for group gatherings.

UNDERSTANDING VRBO RATES:
Your VRBO estimate will include four components:
1. Rental Rate: The base cost of the unit.
2. Taxes: 7% state and 5% county tax.
3. Service Fee: The VRBO booking fee.
4. Host Fee: The Resort Fee charged by the Boca Grande Club for access to facilities like pools, tennis courts, and beach services. The current rate is $75 per couple, per day.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely condo. Beautifully decorated and every amenity provided. Breathtaking views of the ocean from the screened porch and a very short walk to a beautiful beach. We thought the pictures were amazing, but the rental was even more beautiful in person. Great communication from the owners. We loved every part of our anniversary trip in this little part of paradise. Will definitely come back again. One of our best vacations ever and definitely probably our most favorite rental we have ever stayed in.

Perfect Couple’s Beach Location
My wife and I have been to numerous beach locations over the years, but this location and property is among the best-if not THE best! The condo was right on the beach, so access to and from the beach was easy. The condo itself was immaculate. Details were not ignored, right down to the well equipped kitchen. Even the knives were sharp! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, and the furniture there was luxurious. The whole stay was at least as good as advertised, even better. Would recommend highly!

Beautifully renovated with amazing view
This is one of the nicest condos I've rented. It feels brand new. The kitchen has everything you need for full meal prep, including things most owners overlook like a supply of Saran Wrap and baggies. The lanai has comfortable furniture where we spent many hours gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves. Mack was very easy to work with and provided a lot of information to make us feel at home. The development was lovely and quiet, though we were there in early October before most residents returned for the winter. The pool has a very nice ocean view and great lunch menu. We loved the quaintness of the island and town. Highly recommend renting a golf cart and exploring. Overall a fantastic week. Thanks Mack!

Gorgeous!!!
Couldn’t have chosen a better place to be. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the beach and ocean were just steps away. There were chaises and umbrellas for our use everyday. We were very comfortable and relaxed the entire week. The owners very very accommodating and kind. There was email communication often just checking in with us. Boca Grande is an awesome little town. Very laid back atmosphere. There are quite a few restaurants offering delicious menus. When we ate in, which was almost everyday, the condo had the utensils we needed to cook and make our own. Sunset was breathtaking in some way every night. We just sat on the lanai and enjoyed the view. Hope to visit this lovely condo again!!

Wonderful vacation and property!!
Wow, what a great experience and property! I rarely write reviews but I wanted to pass this on to anyone looking for a great beach vacation. The whole process from beginning to end was a rare find. We are a discerning couple that wanted just the right location and property for my wife’s birthday and this was perfect. The attention to detail and cleanliness made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Beautifully appointed and an amazing location. We loved the screened in lanai and steps from the beach where the sound of the waves can be heard. Just about anything you can need or think of was supplied. That in itself is unusual. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing beach vacation with great amenities, it will not disappoint! Our host was wonderful to work with and no gaps in communication. We will definitely be back! 5 strong stars!

The unit was absolutely amazing. We could see dolphin playing in the ocean from the lanai and gopher turtles walking by on the path directly behind the unit. The unit was equipped with everything you need to cook a nice meal. The owners provide all paper products, laundry detergent and a very nice welcome gift of wine, coffee and snacks! My husband and I have stayed on Boca Grande and rented for several years. We have never stayed in a nicer unit! Can’t wait to return!

Location, location, location. Well appointed and maintained condo as close to the beach and gulf as you can get. This unit has been recently updated & upgraded and it shows. Beautiful, comfortable furniture throughout and a new modern kitchen with everything you would expect in a first class unit. The Boca Grande Club offerings are 5-star as well with an exercise center, 2- pools, 1 pool with food & beverage service and the dinning at the Clubhouse was outstanding with an unbelievable view! First class, five stars all the way.

Awesome Waterfront Condo On Gasparilla Island
We stayed at this property May 7-14, 2022. Outside the condo is steps from the beach with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico with awe inspiring sunsets. The condo is situated on a property that has pools, tennis courts and a restaurant. Inside, the furnishings, the décor, the appliances, the towels, and so much more were all exceptional. It's apparent that considerable thought went into ensuring that guests have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo was also very clean upon our arrival. We plan to stay at this property again and highly recommend it to couples looking for a classy and romantic getaway.

Excellent view of the Gulf! Boca Grande and the condo was an excellent getaway for us to relax. The online pictures of the condo do not say enough about this special place. New furnishings and appliances along with a beach house décor were incredible. Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, great room, and screened in porch were fantastic. We also appreciated the attention to details from the heart shaped imprint on a blanket to the shell shaped soap. We hope to return again some day.

Beach Paradise
We enjoyed everything about our stay in this amazing condo. The view of the beach cannot be beat. We spent a great deal of time on the lanai relaxing and enjoying the sunsets. The condo is beautifully furnished and well outfitted with everything you need. The island itself provides both great beaches and marinas. The town has plenty of restaurants and shops to provide variety for the entire week. The owner was a great host with good recommendations. This is now our favorite spot for a relaxing beach vacation.

Perfect
The condo was perfect in so many ways. It was sparkling clean, comfortable, well laid out, well decorated & equipped. There were SO many wonderful spaces to enjoy the water views & sunsets. The physical location on the property allowed for easy beach - pool & club access. Mack- the owner - was very accessible - checked-in on us on arrival, left a great "start up" gift of wine, coffe, nuts & responed to our emails rapidly (quite impressive). We loved our golf cart rental - 2 days was perfect for us to explore the town & enjoy a sunset at the lighthouse. Will definitely be back.
