easy to get to and friendly. a better bar would be nice even though there are other options nearby. and water in the room, even if it needs to be paid for if used. thank you!

It was an amazing experience. Pretty quiet and to get shopping or good food you need to take the warer taxi to boca Island but all in all pretty good experience.

Excellent place to stay for Bocas del Toro. Great location, the staff were nice, the room was perfect.

It was exactly what the reviews say, great town and ao easy to get around on water taxis. Loved the floating bar nearby too. We.left a few shorts and they sent them to us immediately in Panama City, great customer service.

The staff was truly some of the nicest people in the world. It hurts that the hotel itself was such a bad experience, because judgement on the people alone they were wonderful. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not what apparently it used to be. There are roaches in one of the buildings (in one of our rooms), the showers were peeling or moldy with bad water pressure. The sheets on the bed were not always clean and the air-conditioning barely worked. The key cards to the doors easily demagnetized, and some rooms just wouldn’t open in general. We ended up having to get three different rooms (only 2 nights). The first room switch was because the staff couldn’t get us into the room, and the second switch was because we had roaches in the room all night.

good morning Are you sure you're talking about our hotel? Because first of all the keys of our hotel are not magnetic, they are normal the old one that has always been used, and here according to their reservation they were only 1 night and not two as it says, for me you are confused that you do not even know what hotel it is talking. In addition, we never had problems with cockroaches, but it could be that he saw one, but saying what he wrote seemed unnecessary, not to mention the other lies he wrote.
