We always recommend that guests rent a car during their stay to fully explore everything the island has to offer—from the stunning public beaches just a 5-minute drive away to the local shops and restaurants. Our building features four condos, all furnished in a similar style with slight variations in colour. The photos on our website represent all four units, so while you may have a different sofa or wall color, the overall style and comfort are consistent. Regarding the issue with the mattress in the main bedroom, we replaced it the day after your departure. As you reported the problem just before checking out, we wanted to respect your privacy and avoid disturbing you on your final day. We were happy to offer a partial refund as a goodwill gesture. In your private feedback, you mentioned that the two single mattresses in the second bedroom were comfortable, and your children slept well—something that wasn’t included in your public review. All our units are equipped with 24/7 air conditioning to ensure comfort and good air quality, which helps maintain fresh indoor air. We were surprised to hear about the smell in the cupboard, as this wasn’t mentioned during your stay, despite our regular communication. We take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and our linens and towels are always freshly laundered and in good condition before each guest's arrival.
