The hotel resort was very well maintained and clean. My wife and I got a suite with a sea view, but the view was fairly obstructed by other buildings in front of us. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of selection, although it does get fairly busy at times. The guest relations manager (Serhat) was great and helped organize a breakfast in our room as we were on our honeymoon.

Everything would be perfect for this hotel until I've learnt the following happenned to my niece 13yo girl in Sept.2023, when I left out earlier. As I was flying from a different country than my family. Be careful with service people and your teen kids in this hotel pls! the story short: One of service person approached my sister ( not the mother of the kid) asking the IG and email ( or both) of my 13 yo niece under the excuse of " to study Russian language". Few weeks later when they land at home, my niece got email with a "NAKED TORSO" of one of the service person- man,stating " I want to be your boyfriend".I got to know this story a year later only after our stay at hotel.So No- please avoid having your teen girls to stay at this property as they obviously do not care if one if their service people is basically predator or pedoph.... this came as a shock to me , as I've arranged the stay at 2 rooms at this hotel, hoping it was secure and safe to be for such young kids. We had 3 kids of 13, 10, 6 yo ages. SO PLEASE AVOID this hotel if you are vacationing with your teen daughters. 2.noone gave us explanation how the bottle of complimentary wine dissappeared from the room (as we were planning to drink it later). 3. When checked out, my sis told me that they accused some sort of chocolate missing from the fridge and asked her to pay for it although the kids have not eaten that thing neither do we as we do not eat in general chocolates as per allergies. Avoid

Enjoyed our stay here and definitely loved the location as it was accessible to Bodrum city center. The taxi is easy to get and is only 10 mins away. Loved the beach area and the water. Loved the king sea view room which had a balcony. What could be better is that the room was clean but weren’t in some spots. Also the lobby wasn’t all that attractive and the rooftop tho looks amazing in pics was always empty and no one was serving there. Didn’t eat at the restaurant either. Breakfast was average and could be better.

This place is like a hidden gem in Bodrum. You ll love the peace in the hotel. I recommend to opt in the lunch and dinner, the chef is a magician.

All staff were respectful, understanding and committed to your needs and wants. Do not be shy to ask for help! They were very helpful in delivering all aspects of what a holiday should be. Beautiful landscape - lovely rooms. If you are with your loved one(s), 10/10 would recommend. Breakfast was amazing each day - you wouldnt want to eat anywhere else.

Room was very clean. We were the only couple in the entire Terrace restaurant and the waitress was on her phone for most of the time. The food quality was horrible (salty, burned, unsavory, etc.); thus, we skipped breakfast completely! The pool is extremely small and not deep (1.5m). You need to take a golf cart type shuttle to get to their beach. The beach is fine; however, it may feel small and crowded in high season. A staff member tried to charge extra candy bar we didn’t eat and got an attitude with me when I reminded him that he should know there is only one of that type. We wouldn’t stay in any Kaya hotels in the future for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kaya Palazzo for my first ever visit to Türkiye and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The level of cleanliness at this hotel is unparalleled. Every corner, from the lobby to the rooms, gleamed with meticulous attention to detail, making the environment not only inviting but also incredibly comfortable. The gym was another highlight of my stay. Impeccably maintained and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Their beach area and accommodations are probably the best in the area. The views from the main dining restaurant during breakfast was a highlight every morning. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. Their attentiveness and professionalism were consistently impressive. Every request was met with a smile and promptness, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Not only was I treated to a breathtaking beach view from my spacious room, but the pristine beach itself was a haven of relaxation. The cleanliness and maintenance of the beach were top-notch, making every moment spent there truly delightful. Every morning, I looked forward to the breakfast spread, which boasted a rich variety of delectable dishes, catering to all tastes and preferences. But what truly set my experience apart was the impeccable service from the Guest Relations Supervisor, Serhat. His attentiveness, courtesy, and dedication to ensuring that guests have a memorable stay are truly commendable. Kudos to the entire team of Kaya Palazzo and a special thanks to Serhat.
