Wäre das Meer nicht direkt am Hotel und so schön hätte ich denke ich null Sterne vergeben. Mit Sauberkeit haben die mal gar nix am Hut , verlegt vergilbt dreckige Gläser auf dem Zimmer zum Check in und und und ich denke nicht das ich dieses Hotel jemals wieder buchen würde ist leider die Realität .. außer der Salat hat auch kaum was geschmeckt kann kein Hähnchen mehr sehen was überwiegend oder besser gesagt was es immer gab …

Booked through Expedia for $100/night in June 2023
Disadvantages:
* Not responsive for any inquiries (contacted them to arrange a shuttle from the airport weeks in advance and no response even with multiple follow ups on Expedia and their original website as they are 49km far from airport )
* Internet is NOT free and ONLY for public areas. Charged 1€/day and barely connected anywhere. Although their description on Expedia explicitly indicates accessible in all rooms (see screenshot)
* Only one bottle of water was in the mini fridge although we were 2 staying for 5 nights, asked them to provide more and they said to get it from the bar which was closed and locked by 11PM
* Restaurant and bar are average , local and repetitive food. No cocktails only local drinks. Not accommodated for large people as there was still line ups even half an hour before dining service ended
* No outside line, although it’s provided on their info sheet
Advantages:
* Close to the beach (pebble not sand)
* Kind and friendly staff
* Night entertainment programs
Note: Expedia customer service was awful trying to arrange for a mutual solution

Don't Trust Expedia have paid your bill
Publié le 24 août 2018 sur ExpediaI had an awful shock when I arrived at the hotel and the reception manager said I had to pay AGAIN at FULL price as there was something 'wrong'with my credit card, even though Expedia had taken the cost £935 from my credit card over two months ago. Totally ruined my holiday and my partner was in tears . Either Expedia gave the wrong payment details to the hotel or the hotel accounts mis-keyed' Expdia's payment details onto their computer which then passed the wrong number to their reception area when they processed payment. Either way a ruined holiday for me and poor service Expedia must make sure their system shows payment has been taken by the hotel , well before the guest is due to arrive

ACHTUNG!!Kein 4*-Sterne Hotel!!! Höchstens 1*.....
Publié le 27 août 2017 sur ExpediaAlso ich würde das Hotel NIEMANDEN empfehlen. Wir sind sowas von unzufrieden, bis zum geht nicht mehr.
1. Hotel: nicht einmal einen Stern hat es verdient.
2. Sauberkeit: Zimmer und das ganze Hotel (Restaurant) insgesamt finden wir alles unter 0.
3. Essen: Fast-Food nivau. Immer das gleiche, nicht viel Auswahl, Schlange stehen immer vor dem Grill.
4. Strand: Katastrophe. Die Meisten Liegen sind Kapput, eng zueinander aufgestellt, Sonnenschirme klein, durchsichtig, fast wie nichts.
5. Das einzig Gute ist das das Hotel nahe am Strand ist.
6. Personal waren immer die ganze Zeit in schmutziger Kleidung, egal ob es morgens Früh oder am Abend war.
Ich hatte mir auch gewünscht, vom einen All-Incl. 4* Hotel, das das Personal an der Rezeption in Hemden und nicht in Polo-Shirt arbeiten.
NO-GO Hotel!!!!
