Publié le 29 juin 2022 sur HotelsMy husband and I had spent 8 days at Rixos Premium Bodrum resort. It was a wonderful experience and an extremely pleasant stay.
First, the guest relation people are always available, they are really helpful and they share everyday schedule on WhatsApp. We would like to thanks especially Julia, it was always a pleasure to chat with her.
Second, all the staff are very lovely and always eager to help in all the areas of the resort. We would like to thank especially :
Bunyamin, mehmet and Heuweyda in Turquoise restaurant,
Vlada the coach of the stand up paddle.
Bekir in the olivo restaurant.
Sorry if I spelled your names wrong, but I really wanted to thank you (hope you read my comment).
We highly appreciated the quality of the room, thanks again for the upgrade, the executive suite was wonderful.
The resort location and facilities are breathtaking. The beach is really clean. Wherever you are in the resort the view was always beautiful.
Finally, the choice of food is very rich.
We really enjoyed the variety of excellent meat and fish dishs and the traditional baklava is so delicious.
We hope to see you soon.

6° année , que nous passons 1 semaine dans ce splendide hotel ;
Cette année les prix de septembre ont augmentés , mais ceux d octobre baissés ; en plus ils ont rajouter une taxe de 120 e ? , et l accés auyx restaurants à thémes , est payante , / PETITE PARTICIPATION DE 13 E PAR PERSONNES / pour une soiréGREC , excellente / OCTOBRE ne ferme plus le 10:12 , Mais ira jusquu 30 ? .
POSITIF , la piscine de de 1000 m ; La trés grande plage privée ,et se pontons , sa presqu ile . matin ; midi et soir ; les somptueux bufets à volonté , Les boisons ; les cocteils , et meme le contenue du frigo à volonté inclus , la chambre avec balcon de 50 m 15 de balcon . le parc de 5 hectares . ET LE PERSONNEL au petit soins ;
A SAVOIR QUE PERSONNENE PARLE FRANCAIS ! ANGLAIS INDISPENSABLE . RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX IMBATTABLE ? . surtout sur OCTOBRE . 166E pour 2 en all exclusive ; pour tout cela ;
100E de plus en septembre ; meme pour ce prix cela les vaut .

Very high quality location, facilities and service

Everything is perfect either for couples or a family with children. One of the best hotel I have ever done in the world . Highly recommended

Pour : TOUT CE QUI EST DECRIT CI DESSUS .
Contre : LA QUALITE DES MOJITO ? ET DES PINA COLADA .
Emplacement : A 10 KM de BODRUM CITY AU CALME LOIN DU BRUIT . Ce qui n empèche pas de sortir sur BODRUM . POUR LE COTE FESTIF . ET LE SHOPING très intérressant !!!!
Nous ne nous lassons pas de cet hotel de rève et y retournerons encore ! . Le luxe , les 8 hectares de promenade ; les 5 restaurants ; les bars en ALL includ , la taille des chambres avec les grands balcons ; la piscine de rève 1500m sa plage privée avec son ile privée . ses spectacles ; ses animations . C EST VRAIMENT UN ENDROIT EXCEPTIONNEL .

Détente au paradis....a proximité de Bodrum
Publié le 9 mai 2012 sur HotelsHôtel conforme à la description : magnifique, très bien entretenu, chambre très propre et confort maximal, repas de qualité, plage superbe, personnel très gentil et attentif....bref le paradis. Seule déception le rapport qualité/prix des soins pratiqués au spa : pas à la mesure de l'hotel.

The room looked extremely outdated, with no renovations having been done since I was last there 10 years ago.
To make matters worse, instead of the nice ocean view shown online, my view was blocked by other buildings, and I was given two beds instead of one. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Dear Guest Iryna,Thank you for your feedback regarding of your stay. We are sorry to see that you did not like the room category that you have booked. In case of availability, we are happy to provide room upgrade however when we are at the high season as you can guess this is not possible due to occupancy of the hotel.Moreover, your category Premium Room have one king bed and one extra bed which is normal. All Premiums are the same. Premium means that they are bigger than the standards and suitable for more people. Due to that there are extra beds. However this could have been seen while maling reservation.Apart from these, we had called you to make your experience much better and help your satisfaction but we could not get response from you neither phone call or email that we have sent.
