If we had visited this hotel in 1976, we would have been impressed with its style and decor. That said, it was clean and it was on a great location next to the Botanical gardens. There is a shopping mall nearby, too, but getting to it involves a perilous crossing of a busy road where vehicles are out to kill. Not bad, overall, just a bit dated.

Great staff and location, good experience overall

The staff were great, the location is fairly decent and next to a KFC and a major bus / coach terminal.
The bed sheets were not clean and after a request, they were changed. Once again the new sheets were also not clean, so they were changed again, and this time they were fine.
As an apology from the hotel management, we got a complimentary plate of fruit and a note apologising for the inconvenience. We really liked and appreciated this.
The staff were great and very helpful and the room was clean as was the bathroom.
