In the heart of the city but too noisy

The first impression wasn’t too good. Got there at 4 pm and hoping that we would get our room right away but the receptionist told us to wait 20 minutes because they were preparing the room. Well, i finally got my room at 5:30 pm (1,5 hour from what they said 20 minutes). Got to the room, it was quiet spacious but the room wasn’t kept in a good condition. There was stains on the sofa, the hanger behind the bathroom door was missing. Being in the middle of the city was nice, which means it’s close to different places to eat but it is very very noisy at night with cars and motorcycles going really fast in front of the hotel (kind of straight downhill road). If you’re looking for a quite place I suggest some other place.

Big rooms but breakfast is so-so. Pool is small, entry and outside building needs more lights up.

Harga dengan yg didapat tidak sebanding

Dengan harga 800rb ribu harapan saya tentu agak lebih tinggi dgn hotel seharga 500rb yg lebih sering saya pesan. Tapi kenyataannya tidak lebih baik drpd itu. Makanan di restonya rasanya amat sangat standar, pilihannya jg tdk banyak. Saat check in, di depan kamar terdapat piring kotor bekas cust sebelumnya tinggal. Saat kamar dibuka, terdapat bau yang kurang mengenakan sehingga perlu buka pintu kamar dulu bbrp saat supaya baunya hilang. Kecepatan Respons dari tim room service juga kurang. Amenitiesnya pun tdk mencerminkan hotel seharga 800rb per malam. Saya sungguh kecewa dan tdk ingin balik lagi jika tdk terpaksa.

Very good location near Taman Kencana, a park that has become a center of a lot of activity in Bogor. Helpful staff. Very nice spread for b'fast. Good value for cost.

Our stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms located on the front of the hotel are very noisy due to traffic. The bed sheets and bed cover were stained. The walls were stained as well. The bathroom was not very clean (stained shower glass door). We had requested in writing to have a baby crib, but were only told that they didn't have any when we arrived. The hotel restaurant is not open for dinner, which was quite disappointing with a young kid. The good sides were that the Hotel is located 10 min. by walk from the 3rd entrance of the Kebun Raya and close to Lippo Mall. The staff was nice when we asked to change room, but the bed sheets were also stained in the 2nd bedroom.

Stay at Royal Padjajaran hotel

Service from staff very good. The room looks a bit dirty, maintenance for the room is a must.
