Amazing decor and design. Close to the airport, but far from most of Bogota's main areas. The spa, pool, and gym are incredible. This is probably one of my favorite hotels in the world.

The hotel was lovely and well-appointed, with excellent food options across all the restaurants. I found the room service menu to be exceptional. I enjoyed a 5-hour spa session, which was very pleasant, and I appreciated the nice facilities and professional staff. The gym was spacious and well-equipped. My only minor concern was that the Turkish bath was not steaming as much as I had hoped, and when I brought this to the staff's attention, they informed me of a malfunction. It would have been helpful to have this information earlier. Overall, I had a great couple of days relaxing before heading home.

The staff, the property and the amentities are all outstanding. My only reason for not giving the hotel 5 out of 5 is because the dine in options are not great and room service took over an hour each time we ordered even though the hotel was at half capacity. Both times my kids fell asleep hungry because the food didnt come within the 30 mins they told us it would.

Good Place

Good and clean place. Breakfast was good as well Safe and friendly staff. Only thing is we found it little far from touristy place and with heavy bogota traffic. But hotel is good and is in good area, possibly in business area and not touristy area.

The hotel is excellent and the staff very attentive The food in the restaurants is excellent Are only negative was the bed was a little harder then we are used too. However, that being said we already have plans to go back to Columbia and we will still be staying at the Grand Hyatt as I can’t imagine a better place to stay
