Property was close to shopping and dinning. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

The stay was good. The problem is before my stay I tried to reach someone from the establissement to discuss about my reservation. I was unable to speak with somebody so I left messages on the voice mail of the front desk and nobody ever call me back. Poor customer service

The check in process was very slow. upon arrival there were two guest agents behind the counter but only one was helping check in. The room was just ok the AC didn't work. Breakfast had options but it was difficult to get service from the breakfast staff. I took hotel provided transportation and was told a lower price but I was charged higher

Bad shuttle service

The shuttle service is below standard. It goes only 1 time per hour and when there is much traffic at the airport the shuttle does not stop at all. We had to wait 1,5 hours and then took a taxi to hotel. Reception was also not very friendly. If you want a hotel with a more frequent shuttle service choose Habitel or Movich. They go 2 times per hour.

It was excelent, clean, pretty, close to the airport, the breakfast is really good and above all, the attention was super.
