Great location, description not correct
Publié le 9 sept. 2024 sur HotelsPeople were friendly & helpful, but the room I was in the first night was not very good (worst in the hotel) I had to pay more to upgrade to a better room. The description is not correct for this hotel. There is no bar or restaurant or sauna. Very good location though.

Wonderful staff, very helpful, Room was clean, quiet, hot shower. Wish it had hot water at the sink for shaving. Other than that, a wonderful yet quaint place to be.

The listing states it had a bar and a spa on site, neither is true. It stated it was next to a shopping center, again not true. The mattress was so bad our backs & joints hurt. The shower head had frayed and exposed wires which caused concerns about electricution. Then the water never got hot and only stayed luke warm for a few minutes. We were given 2 towels but one was paper thin and you could not put toilet paper in the toilet or it would stop up. The fridge would not work and there was only one overhead light. It may be lgtbq friendly, but I don't know many gays who would be happy staying there. I guess you get what you pay for. The friendly staff did not make up for the poor accommodations. No wonder it was such a good price.
