24h shuttle and check-in are great pluses, as is the free breakfast starting at 5am. That said, our room was crammed full with two additional beds, and towels and soap were missing from the bathroom.

We had a very short stay prior to our flight back to the US. We appreciated the transit to the airport (every 30 min, very quick drive) and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. Additionally we had arrived very late and were still able to purchase a hot tea and there appeared to still be room service available. The breakfast actually started at 5 am (rather than 6) which was great since we were able to eat before our morning flight. The food was good and included fruit, egg options, and arepas. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Me gustó que tenía servicio de transporte al aeropuerto.. no me gustó el servicio a la habitación , pedí agua caliente y cambiar la temperatura porque estaba demasiado frío .. y tuve que llamar dos veces por el agua y nunca fueron a cambiar la temperatura.

I had high hopes for my stay at Hotel Habitel Select, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival at the airport, I tried calling and sending WhatsApp messages to confirm when their complimentary shuttle would arrive, but I received no response. This lack of communication was frustrating, especially after a long flight. Prior to my stay, I specifically emphasized the need for a quiet room and even sent a message in advance to ensure my request was noted. However, I was placed in a room with a window that wouldn’t close, overlooking an extremely loud party. The noise made it nearly impossible to rest, and I felt like my request was completely ignored. And yes, then they moved us to another room, but why would not do that from the beggining. While the property itself seems well-maintained, these issues made my experience less than satisfactory. I hope the hotel improves its communication and takes guest preferences more seriously in the future
