Great location in the most upscale district of Bogota. The hotel overall is okay, but would require some updating. The check in experience was pretty bad, with no help with the bag, even when the Uber driver was signaling them to come over. The receptionist was extremely slow with only a few people checking in. You do hear the music in your room from the neighboring restaurant/club, but it’s manageable.

I love the location. Service was goos and friendly. They didn't provide the pick up from the airport as it said in Hotels. Phone to ask for room services was unplugged, the double window was broken and the bar next door was extreamly loud passing 2:00AM
