Nous avons eu une chambre au 9e étage juste en dessous de la terrasse que nous n’étions pas au courant et dont nous avons pas été avertie avant. Musique de 19h jusqu’à 2h am tellement fort qu’on entend la musique dans la chambre comme si nous y étions. Malgré la demande pour une autre chambre on nous propose le lendemain malgré que nous avions payer 100$ pour early Check in afin de dormir. On repassera pour le sommeil. 2e nuit au 5e étage, moins de bruit mais pas parfait et aucun contrôle d’air dans cette chambre. Fait chaud quand on reviens car l’électricité fonctionne avec la carte de la chambre et donc deviens humide très rapidement lorsqu’on quitte. Très décevant pour ce type d’hôtel. Plusieurs options disponibles autour pour mieux.

This place is overrated
Publié le 3 avr. 2022 sur Hotels2 nights without a proper sleep, nightclub music up until 3 am on a Thursday & Window blind not working and not fixed for 2 days in a row!!! Had to ask for getting a new room at 3am on the second night. When I asked for a late checkout to rest a bit I had to pay for it !!

excellent location, good breakfast with a lot of fresh fruits, the only thing is avoid room on street side , very noisy from 6:30/7 in the morning, pretty hard to sleep !
otherwise everything is perfect !
