Avis Rudnica House, Lake Bohinj

Hello Beate, I am sorry to hear that you did not find Rudnica house suitable for your needs. House is located in Bohinjska Češnjica, as advertised on platforms. Thank you for your review and sorry you were not satisfied with the house. Regarding the internet, at first we discussed we thought that it may be because of the stormy weather as many other properties were having internet issues at the same time, on further investigation we found out it was because the 100GB package was running out at month’s end so the owners arranged to increase the data amount and it started working normally. Later you reported that it had stopped again, probably because the additional data amount was used up (the owners said 50 EUR of data was used just on one morning) and you said you were OK with that as you were returning home soon. We apologise for any inconvenience but your review should really note that whilst the internet did have some outage, the owners reacted to the situation and it was not non-functional for the whole stay as your review suggests. As for cleanliness, we are sorry to hear about this but this is the first we have heard of this and if you had informed us of any issues we would have been very happy to send the housekeeping team straight away. The external spaces at the house are simple and are presented as in the pictures on the listing which show that this space is not tiled but which is nonetheless a good space for a coffee or meal outdoors. As for dampness, unfortunately there was record rainfall this Summer and many older houses suffered from the unusual levels of moisture, but recent visits have not detected that this is a significant issue at the house. In terms of prices the house is priced considerably lower than many of our houses in Bohinj and we believe it takes account of the quality , location and overall offering in a way that is in line with local market pricing.
