Good location. Nice place.
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI stayed for 17 days while heling my son move. Unit was clean and easy to access. The assigned parking spot is really important as there is very limited other parking. It had everything needed to cook which was good since I was there for so long. The location of this unit is near the entrance to the building so people are constantly walking by. I was not comfortable opening the blinds or sitting on the porch. While the unit itself is nice, it is on the first floor and there is NO soundproofing. I could hear every step and crying child in the unit above, and at all hours. Even with that I would consider staying again because the loction is really good.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Parking is a premium which is why we do offer each resident/guest one space and as standard all open parking is first come first serve. We often offer a tip to park the second car in an open space so that the assigned space is always open. It is apartment living which comes with its own communal aspects. We always welcome communication if issues arise. We are happy those items would not affect your return. We hope to see you again!

Great place and accommodations
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayI had to come out for a weeklong business trip and my wife came out to hang out by the pool. This location was wonderful. It was convenient to downtown Boise and convenient to my office in Nampa.
The furniture and accommodations were great. The beds were soft. The apartment had everything and anything you could think of the kitchen was well equipped. There are several grocery stores nearby and some wonderful quaint restaurants and cafés too, but we cooked several dinners at the apartment which was nice to have all the Items in the kitchen to use.
If we come back as a couple for a week or several days, we definitely would use this apartment again. Communication with Stacy was great ability of getting in and checking out was extremely easy too five stars all the way around. Also, my wife spent a lot of time out by the pool and it was extremely nice and clean and well maintained, and there are actually several ducks that were floating in the pool at the same time. The apartment complex and pool are all very family friendly.
