They charged me for a night I had already paid through Expedia. When I called to dispute they said I was a no show. I stayed 2 nights and attended a concert. When I asked for the manager they said she would call me back in a week. The worst customer service ever!!

Overall great experience. Had a two night stay but no maid service after night one. Fresh towels and a bed make would have been nice. Still great place to stay in Nampa!

The manager ended up helping us, but they trued to charge us for an extra night and the blond at reception on Wednesday around 1 pm was outrageously rude!
