The only thing was no one was their to check us i . We had to wait for about 20minutes before some showed up

Great service at check-in and room was nice and very cool in the hot summer. Good breakfast with nice cheesy scrambled eggs and bacon rather than just cold cereal. Quiet.

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Their breakfast was unexpectedly wonderful and the staff were all so kind and helpful.

NO AC

The AC did not work, no tv remote. Tried to call but no answer at the desk. We had an early flight and it was late so we just had to deal with it. But it was terrible

This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and I understand how frustrating it must have been for you.We are currently addressing these concerns to ensure they do not happen again. Our maintenance team has been notified to inspect the AC unit, and we are reviewing our procedures to make sure all rooms are fully equipped and that our front desk team is more responsive, even during late hours.Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to serve you better in the future.
