Everything about this property was great, except.... the morning coffee in the breakfast area. Calling it coffee is giving it more credit than it deserves, even the 'dark roast' was little more than colored water with little flavor.
Beyond that, the property is great!!

Room was great. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was not the best, food was cold. There was no juice. We asked for a late check out and barely got a yes, that’s fine. Then my husband called down for the shuttle to the airport for a time of 12 PM. We showed up a little early, the girl looked at us pointed to the van. We walked out she opened the back of the van my husband put the luggage in the van shut the door and got in for The ride over to the airport. Not a single word from the driver, and when we got to the airport, she got out open the back of the van. My husband got our luggage and we went on our way. I just found it rather odd. There was no communication not even safe travels not very friendly staff, but I would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness and nice area.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Parking is good. The property is well kept and you feel safe.
The breakfast was cold and not kept up. They were out of juices at the machine. It just wasn’t a pleasant experience.
Staff. It was very disappointing to come to such a nice, clean hotel to have UNFRIENDLY staff.
On Sunday when checking out we asked if we could have a late check out by 35 minutes, SHE was very rude about it. When we asked for the shuttle to go over to the airport SHE grabbed the keys pointed to the van. She opened the back of the van as we put our luggage in then shut the door. We all got into the van. SHE did not say a single word to us. We got to the airport, SHE got out of the van, we got our luggage out, and she just walked away. NO communication, No smile, NO safe travels. It wasn’t a nice experience. It was uncomfortable. People like that set someone’s mood for the day.
I would definitely refer the hotel because it is clean, quiet and it felt safe. I will be sure to give a warning that staff may not be so friendly.

It was ok; the staff was great, however, the walls were very thin and we had noise all night which was very frustrating.

I thought the room was very spacious! The elevators were very hot and smelt like oil or strong mechanical smells didn’t seem very safe..
