Never Again
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI booked this reservation based on the online pictures and descriptions. Extremely misleading. The place was a dive. From the entrance to the room, the hotel was filthy. We immediately left and checked into another hotel. Not refundable since it was booked through hotels.com. Will never use again.

We had a suite that had a good-sized fridge, 2-burner stove, and MW, which would have been a plus had we stayed there more than one night. The bed was comfortable, but the shower was the pits. The grab and go breakfast was a joke. Very little info given at check-in such as Wi-Fi etc.

Some of the outlets didn’t work. Would be nice to have night stand on both sides of the bed

There was no breakfast as advertised when booking. They had a coffee dispenser and a prepackaged Muffin. It definitely needs to be updated.

I liked the automatic front doors that allowed my wheelchair to go through to the lobby. I liked the responsive staff in the hotel. BUT i did not like the lack of grab bars anywhere in the room, or bathroom. The room doors do not stay open unaided. The bathtub is too narrow for a larger person. It is unsafe for anyone who has physical limitations.
