I called and told them that I had a flight that came in at 12: 40 AM and that I needed a shuttle after 1:00, I was told that the shuttle would run till 2:00 AM. I got to the curb by 1:10. No shuttle came and I ended up walking to the hotel, getting there at 2:00 AM. The shuttle is independent but being told the wrong information by the hotel lands on them.

The convenience can't be beat - arriving via the airport or I-84. The price is very competitive. The rooms are great. And so is the staff The hallway carpet would benefit from deep cleaning.

The Inn at American was just great! Staff was awesome . My room was great, bed was comfy, bathroom was nice and was large! The breakfast meals was so yummy! Just loved my stay!
