This review is about your completely inadequate door code system. It leaves a corner case without solution entirely.
I had left my phone in the room by accident, unable to retrieve the code.
It took me 4 hrs to finally get back into the apartment. The help came not from KASA but from the Building Securitas/Maintenance department.
KASA was simply not available. Neither by phone nor email. (And obviously not text since the phone was locked back in the room).
Your customer service was simply non existent via telephone or via KASA login.
