I liked everything except for the canned jalapenos in the omelette. I was expecting fresh jalapenos.

Lobby was charming. *Loved the free breakfast with onsite cook. Our room was large and comfortable. Appreciate the wetbar. Prefer a regular hotel-sized coffee maker, but hot pot was okay. Overall the hotel interior and our room was a bit dated and worn. Good value - would stay here again

I had a reservation for 3 in a room with a King sized bed. When we arrived we found a room with a single King sized bed but no accomodations for a 3rd person (teenager). No fold-out sofa or chair, and the hotel had no cots and not even an air mattress. I was told that they would give me some blankets and sheets and I could sleep on the floor. Really? I've never experienced that before. Why did they accept my reservation for 3 when they couldn't accomodate us? We got a room at the Hampton Inn across the street instead.

Douglas,We appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback. While we are disappointed that you didn't find the accommodations to your satisfaction, the description of our King Suites do describe, in detail what they include. The hotel doesn't provide roll-away beds, as we have many accommodations with multiple beds in the room. We are glad we were able to refund you entirely, but again are disappointed that your experience was what either of us would have hoped.

It had a high class vibe without the price breaking the bank. Front desk staff were all wonderful!
