Place was duty, including the room, it was a hole at the door, was a leaking in the shower, omg this place was terrible

Hello Jaun, We have inspected the room and found no holes in any door or leak in the room. You checked in and then right back out without any word to our team.

The room was duty, was a hole in the door, the tub was leaking, service was not great... really bad experience in this hotel

This place is not well staffed. There were at least eight people lined up to check in, at 3 PM when Management knows a lot of people are going to be checking in. However there was just one person serving customers while numerous office/management people walked by completely oblivious.
At one point I needed a glass I asked the bartender for one and he would not give me one. I’m OK

This was a terrible experience. They were always too busy to assist, and nobody answered the phone when I called from my room. The toilet didn't work. The thermostat was hanging out of the wall and stuck on 85 so I had to leave the slide door open. There was hair stuck to the shower wall in several places and I tripped on a hole out front that was dug by a dog or something and poorly lit.
