Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsUpon arriving in the room, there was a bad smell of it being old/mildew. There were only two towels in the room which had two beds and one of the towels was pretty worn. The beds were pretty comfortable, but that's about it. Not interested in staying there again.

Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI was incredibly disappointed in this experience, we stay at this hotel every time we come back home annually and every year it just gets worse. I orginally made this reservation online, specified that I had pets TWICE, get to check in, specified that I had pets once again. He switched me rooms because King beds arent available as pet rooms. Okay, no biggie. We get to the room and its obvious that it hadnt been seen by housekeeping. Used toilet paper roll, used soap, mascara or hair dye all over the shower, stains on the white bedding, the beds werent made. Our TV wasnt working so we went to the front desk to see if someone could come look at it, we brought our dogs with us because we were going out to get some dinner and the kid says "Oh, sorry. I didnt charge you for your dogs." We came out there to ask for another room or a refund and he had us pay more money? Asked to speak to a manager about the condition of the room and the TV. He said we were SOL until 11PM. Looked around for a manager to get my money back so we could go elsewhere and no one knew where this manager was. We didnt even get into bed, we used our own blankets on top of the comforters.
I am so disappointed, I used to love this hotel and usually never complain as ive worked in the service industry my entire life but this experience was absolutely awful. We were informed that they were renovating... where? When?

The place is pretty run down with old towels and bedding. The refrigerator did not work and when I opened the door I nearly threw-up! My non-smoking room was surrounded by smoking rooms. I reserved the room for seven nights and only made it three. Went to check out and the cc I posted for incidentals had alredy been charged for seven nights and they would not remove the charge. Worst hotel experiance ever!!!!

The staff was great and very friendly, but hotel itself needed some cleaning inside and out. When we entered our room, there was a hanger on the floor, stopped up sink, we couldn’t use the freezer because it was frozen over and I used a knife to chip away the ice we found food in the freezer. It was quiet and the staff was very nice, but just cleaning the windows and glass doors would go along way to making it feel cleaner.

was woken up at 7am by manager trying to enter my room for who knows what reason when I got up he ran away and left door cracked open, when called the front desk all he could say was oh sorry I was just checking to see if you were ok, WHY??? Did I call for help? NO I was sleeping there is NO REASON he should have just tried walking into my room check out was not for another 4 1/2 hours, This place is CREEPY
