Unfortunately, the hotel is very close to the freeway and it was noisy. The hotel lobby and elevator floors seemed beat up and overall entry wasnt clean. Bed and pillows were the worst I've experienced in a long time (bed was hard!!)..didnt sleep because of it. Needless to say, we wont stay there again.

Was a great place for the money. Like the soap dispenser instead of abr soap

Great place, great staff! Very clean, priced well!
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsI’ve been staying here for a couple years now when I fly in or out really early or arrive back in really late since I live over an hour away from the airport in the mountains. The staff has been great except once, but it was 0300, so maybe he was tired. I like that they will order you an Uber at their expense to get you to and from the airport instead of a shuttle you sometimes have to wait quite awhile for at times at other hotels nearby. I myself have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, so I’ve made a few suggestions here and there and by the time I’ve flown back in at the end of the trip, they had already implemented my suggestions! They are actually very responsive to the replies they send you, when you answer them back! That has been a pleasant surprise unlike some automated texts from other hotels which are probably never even seen by the reception staff much less responded to.
