Spacious Modern Solar Powered Home w/ Arcade!

This beautifully designed and decorated 4B/2.5B solar powered home is just minutes from the very popular Village at Meridian. It's also very close to all of the shopping and dining along Eagle Rd. It's also very close to Redwood park.

The kitchen is fully equipped (save $$ by eating in), the fenced back yard for pets, kids is for your use exclusively!

The bedrooms are set up for maximum rest. Sleep like a rock in the comfy king bed in the first floor master, the queen bed in the second bedroom, the full bed in the third and the two singles in the fourth bedroom. There is a full bathroom in the master and another full bathroom for the other two rooms as well as a half bath off the living room for guests. Also, enjoy two nostalgic arcade games complete with 4 Big Buck Hunter games, Street Fighter II, and 13 others. There is unlimited free play during your stay!

This home is located in a super chill neighborhood off of Ustick Rd! So if you are looking for privacy, this is the place for you.

The open floor plan is great for relaxing or entertaining guests. Enjoy cable, Apple TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, ESPN+ and Disney+ included for no extra charge! Oh, and the home is 100% carbon neutral, powered by top of the line solar panels discretely mounted on the roof at the back of the house. You can stay in our home with the peace of mind that you're living green! Please note that the garage is locked and reserved for the owner's personal belongings

Perfect location; comfortable stay
I stayed with three teens in this comfortable home. It was great. Everyone had their own bed and space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Close to shopping (we were there for school clothes shopping), and a park nearby. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was very clean and comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. We hung out at the kitchen table the most playing games and talking. The house was in a great location. Easy to get to shopping, restaurants, zoo, mall, downtown and Idaho State. Nice being on a corner with room to park 3 cars. Host was great! I’d stay here again!

Lack of cleanliness
We arrived around 10pm. We were very happy at first. Once we woke up in the morning, we started to see more issues. Here is a list of the issues. Flickering kitchen light, broken bar stools, mold in coffee drip tray signaling it had never been cleaned. The master bedroom air return on the celling was filthy, full of dust. The outside sitting area was full of cobwebs around the lights and all of the windows. We would not stay this home again. We will definitely be looking for another home for our next visit. On a good note the contact person was very responsive, he did offer to repair the barstools before our departure.

Fun Spot
Some friends and I stayed here for a long weekend while visiting Boise and had a great time! It's a great middle point between Boise and Meridian making going out easy and gave us lots of options.

We loved our stay!
The house was very clean! It had everything we needed. The property management were great to work with and very responsive. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep. My only complaint would be that there were not enough extra blankets. My kids got cold from the AC but everyone else was hot so they got froze out. Not a big deal! Would definitely rent from them again.

Warm, cozy, and convenient
The house was warm and inviting, had everything we needed for a stay. Everything was well kept, neighborhood was close to plenty of shopping. If we ever visit Boise again, I will definitely be renting this property.

It Makes the Grade
It was the first time I was charged for a security deposit and I felt like I was immediately going to lose that deposit. 4 of 8 chair legs were visibly broken with two having had been poorly "repaired" with clear packing tape. None of the outlets in either of the downstairs bathrooms worked (or at least would not run a blow dryer or straightener). The top of the dishwasher rack was broken and when loaded, would be weighed down and droop. The walkways had ice and snow which is inevitable; but having snow melt/salt would have been appreciated (3 of us slipped on the back and front walkways into the garage and house). Lastly, although there is a smart TV, the only access we had for content was Netflix. The place was clean and housed us, but it wasn't my favorite VRBO experience unfortunately.
