They are trying, but ...
We stayed here for a night while exploring Boise. We got a double queen with a sofa bedroom on the first floor. Our biggest issue was with the bathroom. The toilet flushed the first few times, and after that, it just stopped working as intended. Eventually, the toilet handle stopped working at all. Also, the bathroom was extremely small. The toilet felt like a training toilet that was not long enough and was only fifteen inches from the ground. No squatty potty is needed, you are in position. The lobby is nice and you can tell that's where most of the rebuild has occurred. The rooms still have popcorn ceilings, and the wifi was non-existent. It was there but did not even have enough oomph to stream Netflix from the hotel TV. Generally SpringHill Suites and Marriott hotels are almost a no-brainer, but this one needs some work.

Looks are deceiving
Dirty wash rag left on top of shower rod. Sheets are extremely itchy and bathroom is cramped. Can barely close the door without hitting the toilet. Air conditioner cycled on and off all night making a nasty racket.
