Whenever I stay at a property, I’m sure to check that it is ADA accessible and also has clear access to a working elevator. I will even call the property and ask. This one listed an elevator, but what you must know is that you have to go down about Five steps to get to an elevator to go back up to each of the floors with rooms. There is zero wheelchair access to the elevators.

After having a situation with a stay at this hotel, super eight in Boise, Idaho. I tried to contact the manager of the hotel. Just to be belittled, my character attacked and screamed at over the phone just to be hung up on I would never stay in this hotel again.

The room was clean, but the AC/Heat unit was too loud and the refrigerator was noisy. The shower was really messed up. The shower head wasn't tight and the hot/cold knob almost fell off! It was not a pleasant experience.
