The front desk was incredibly helpful, provided a roll away bed and had it all set up upon arrival! The room itself, 207, needs some upgrades the light fixture was missing in the bathroom, lamp shades crooked and hanging, evidence of moisture damage in the bathroom. The room smelled very strongly of bleach. Almost over whelming. Better than smoke or pet though! Great breakfast for the most part and staff. Biscuits were hard and cold. And last, There was a lot vomit in the parking lot upon our arrival. Right out front. A bit disturbing.

Yes it was clean but there was a mold abatement across the hallway. No usb plugs in the room

We requested 2 rooms for an elderly couple and a disabled adult who all had mobility issues. We spoke with the person at the desk prior to arrival and were told there are no accessible rooms and the best they could do is put them on the second floor which required them to go up a full flight of stairs. There is a room right off the main entrance which has no stairs to it and both nights we were there that room had non-disabled individuals in it. We were also told there were no rooms available on the first floor which would have required these individuals to only navigate a few stairs but no accommodations were made. Requiring these mobility impaired individuals to navigate the stairs for the 3 days we stayed was an unnecessary risk for them. We will not be staying at this location again.

Bekke, thank you for taking the time to write a review. We apologize for the inconvenience; the room you referenced on the ground floor is an accessible room. It was booked by other guests prior to your reservations who did require a handicapped-accessible room. Our front desk representative did inform you that there were no accessible rooms available at that time, and due to existing occupancy a first floor room was not available. We're sorry you had this experience. We wish you well in your future travels.
