Hotel need to improve quality and services

The Hotel need to improve the quality and services, it was very nice when I stay here previously. The Bed was dusty and the shower water pressure not strong enough. I cannot found any bell boy to help me carry my luggage when I reach the hotel or even during check out.

Kamar bersih dan nyaman.

Saya menginap selama 3 malam. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Room service cepat dan tanggap. Laundry ok, selesai pada waktunya dan tidak perlu saya call.
