Great spot on the water.

Quaint and Quiet
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayNice getaway if you seek quiet times with access to great boating and fishing. The area is not a tourist trap and makes you feel like a local. Space is small but just right for a solo traveler like myself or a couple. Few tweaks and this is a 5⭐️ rating.

the host was more than accommodating and the neighborhood is very quiet with a preserve across the street. big comfy King, nice laundry and an awesome backyard with a really nice grill. park your car right outside the door.

Great Pine Island Getaway

We had a great time being able to hop on the water and also drive to local restaurants. Quite area and great ambiance. The outside of the building is a little worse for wear from hurricane Ian, but that was to be expected and you couldn’t tell in the apartment. Was still very clean and everything worked as it should. There is also a Publix nearby so you’re able to get some items if you forgot anything. So very thankful for the opportunity to have a getaway with quick access to Charlotte harbor water and fishing.

Beautiful place
