Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty as advertised but the AC thermostat was being remotely changed. Even after a telephone call asking that it not be changed, the property manager still changed again.
Not a good move in the Florida heat as it takes more to cool it down again.

The house is comfortable, quiet, and walkable to several restaurants and a marina.

Sweet Spot
Publié le 24 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhile the property was not directly on the water, It was close enough. You could see a glimpse of water from the upper porches. The porches are abundant and face multiple directions, so you could move around to get more or less exposure to the sun/sunset/sunrise. There was a really nice breeze for our entire visit. The bikes and canoe are great features. The property is well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
I can not say enough about how easy to work with the host was during the entire visit. The attention to detail and ease of communication made the whole trip a pleasure and a wonderful experience. This would not be a good match for a person who can not negotiate stairs.

Perfect Florida Vacation

Weekend getaway
