Appartement situation moyen parking trop petit P

Trop éloigné des restaurants et du centre le parking trop petit l appartement et propre mais.bruyant pourquoi appartement de luxe ?

Cher M Ricco, Merci beaucoup de votre avis. Nous faisons de notre possible pour faire votre séjour agréable et relaxant. Notre Villa Livia est situee dans la part de la ville de Bol calme et pas loin de la plage. Elle ne pas tres loin de la centre de Bol. Elle est bien décorée et cet appartement de luxe se trouve au deuxième étage avec une belle terrasse et avec la vue magnifique. Nous espérons que nous vous retournerez chez nous à Bol l'été prochain. We had a good stay, but there were ants everywhere in the apartment. They didn’t bother us too much, but you had to be careful where you left food. The beach is close, but the way back is very steep, so you Get a little workout. The apartment was quiet, clean and spacious. Not so cosy, but you have everything you need. it is a bit outside the center, Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. Communication was great and we always got an immediate reply if we had questions/a problem. Good price for such a spacious apartment!

Very basic place with dated interior

Very basic place with dated interior. One of the beds were broken with an uneven bed/matress base - we thought it was due to being an old place and did not report it at our arrival...however, once we checked out we were asked to pay for the uneven bed base even though we did not make any damage. Though it was very poor customer service to ask for payment of damage we did not do - we did not pay anything in the end, but the whole situation could have avoided if the company did a check up on the state of their rentals BEFORE new customers arrive.The bad experience was our last impression of otherwise a good stay and experience with Bol Homes - and made os not wanna come back to rent from them again. Good air con which was helpful on the warm 2 nights we stayed. Close to the beach, but not as close as we thought and also 10 min walking from the town center.

Top notch stay

Very well kept property managed by Bol Homes, young professional guys. Steps from magnificent beaches away from the hype of Zlatni Rat. Mind the way back to the apartment is a steep street but that’s how things are in these places.

Peaceful neighborhood on the hill

We were staying at ground level studio with the patio, so our experiences concerns only that apartment. Apartment was located in peaceful neighborhood, some distance to grouted areas. I wouldn't recommend these apartments if you have troubles to climb hills, there is quite a climbing from the harbor level. Apartment was nicely decorated but a little bit too small and not practical. Bed was too small for 2 adults, and it has sharp corners where you hit your legs all the time. I even manage to drop to floor one night when turning in my sleep :) Other things are high door and shower thresholds, there is like 40cm drop down from the shower... I have been told that ants are the issue on Bracs island and we got our share about that. Service staff took care of those very quickly, super thanks for that. That might be a problem only with the ground level apartments. Wifi and air condition were working very well and induction stowe was a nice surprise.
