First of all po,we never claimed that we are 4 or 3 star accommodation....if you at least message us before booking you would know what are the amenities to be expected and not what you expecting. We have a caretaker on sight you should at least ask or pakiusap sa kanya what you need before posting this review...we accepted you even we are closed because nagpakatao po kami(for the longest time akala ko we are closed in expedia kasi sinabi ko closed muna kami because of restrictions of covid) and .we honor the booking you did with Expedia..kung pwede lang i cancel icacancel but nandiyan na kayo. Sana lang you should call us muna at personal na sabihin. We assisted you on the requirements papasok ng Pangasinan diba ?sa simpleng towel at tissue lang po is so easy may stock sa resort but you opted to say it online..next time po before booking you should talk or ask the host before placing your booking..at kung gusto nyo provided lahat sa mga first class hotel po kayo mag check in...mabuhay accommodation lang po kami. Yes, i am disappointed with you bit alam ko may pagkukulang kami like the water issue because we are not ready to accept guest lalo na with that room kaai may issue sa water but dumating kayo and we cannot cancel the booking. But sana naiwasan kung nakipag usap kayo ng maayos...madami room sa resort you should ask to relocate sana. Madami po water but sa room nyo lang may problem. We should at least a little of kundness maam kahit saan at situation..pasensiya na that we diaappoint you in any way but for me your review and unfair but its your prerogative...maraming salamat pa din po.
