What a great house!

All the amenities of home and then some!

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. Thank you for bringing up to my attention about the hot water not being hot enough for you. I’ll notify my contractor to check it out. However,Cosmos home is a large property, so it takes a little bit of time to get the cold water out the lines to get hot water. I highly appreciate your feedback and take it very seriously. I’m happy you found the house comfortable and the neighborhood pleasant.

Decent Property

Only complaints we had was the house had a typical hotel/motel kind of smell and a couple of the directions for the house weren’t completely reflective of what was actually at that house (garbage bin location when checking out for example). These were by no means things that made our stay unpleasant. Just things that we noticed. There were some other smaller things like the remote for the basement TV not working and finding the correct light switch was difficult at times, but again, none of these made our stay unpleasant.

Ricky , I’m so glad you enjoy your stay, I apologize about the smell, I had recently run the ozone generator and it leaves a weird smell for a day or so, I do purify the house quit often due to being on extremely cold temperatures and can’t naturally air the house during the winter. Please accept my apologies. I know the cleaning crew placed the bins on the wrong side of the gate. I’ll make sure that doesn’t happen again to ensure a more comfortable check out. As far as the remote control, there are two more from the other TVs that can be used for that TV as well, I’ll double check, probably batteries died. Thank you so much for your feedback, that helps me to improve and be more aware of my guests needs.

Lovely home
Publié le 17 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. The home was clean and comfortable and the host even left us some goodies to welcome us. I had some technical difficulties with my VRBO account during the days leading up to our stay and the host was very accommodating with using an alternate way of communicating about our arrival and information we would need for our stay. The only thing that was not obvious to me based on the listing, was where/what the common room sleeping accommodations were. Since we didn’t need these options, I didn’t follow up with the host to ask though I am sure if I had, she would have promptly responded. If you have more guests than the bedroom descriptions fit, I would suggest clarifying with the host what other sleeping arrangements are available before you book. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay and I would recommend it to others looking for a suburban rental.
