Check in was very good, the staff on duty were very helpful, great customer service. Prior to going I was told that the site had a pool. The pool was inoperable, the ice machine on the 4th floor was broken. The shower had contained mold especially on the chalking.
Departure the next morning was completely opposite my arrival, the person who was on the desk was cold as ice and lacked hospitality and manners.

They are only downfall is that they are advertising indoor pool and when I got there with all four of my grandchildren, the pool was closed and to be honest that was the only reason why I chose that hotel because of the pool so that the kids can have an excellent time

Mold on the curtains and shower was filthy. The carpet felt wet and it smelled terrible.

One of the nicest Holiday Inns i have stayed at. Will definitely be returning.
