Very convenient but very basic / value for money

Cozy bed, good bathroom size, big wardrobe however, the wifi signal was bad (both of them) and the elevator wasn't working so is a situation to ask before booking if you're planning to use it or depend of it. If not, is not a problem at all.

Guest house e dunque niente reception..ma su Hotel a.com era scritto che vi era presente una macchia na caffè in camera, cosa NON vera.
Sempre su Hotels.com è scritto che le pulizie vengono effettuate "una volta a soggiorno"..non sarebbe più onesto (e utile ai clienti) dire la verità: ossia che vengono fatte solo al check out - dunque non vengono percepite dall'ospite?!?..sfumature ma che fanno pensare di essere presi in giro..
Inoltre : se prevedete di non dare il servizio pulizia allora almeno date UN telo asciugamano per giorno (non UNO per soggiorno!!)
Spazio ristrettissimo, in bagno nemmeno un bastone o gancio come appendiasciugamani!!
Location ottima, centralissima e comoda.
Tutto sommato non vale il prezzo richiesto (per le ragioni di cui sopra)

Ci dispiace ma credo che sia un errore poichè noi non siamo iscritti su Hotel.com poichè non siamo un hotel. Putroppo il notro profilo vero é su Expedia (che vende la nostra immagine su Hotel.com) o su Booking. Sembrerà strano ma è così

The low rating is not really about the lift being broken. It was no fun carrying luggage to the third floor though.
The real concern is the staff being unavailable and difficult.
Fortunately, we arrived in the afternoon. Otherwise they are unavailable. No one on site, but also no one reachable by phone except for a small window in the afternoon.
We had to call for the code for the room - they only provided the code to enter the property.
They did not provide the WI-FI password, so we were stuck with the slow, spotty local one.
The positive side is the location, right in the midst of great food and shopping options, and historical center.

Starting from the staff, nobody is there because this is a guest hose with check-in onlineNo breakfast, no recepion, is written. The password of internet is written behind the door of each room and in the PDF we send you like everybody. Reception is open between 15 and 19, this is a rule accepted during the reservation but probably you are talking about another structure
