Inconsistent service

Excellent location. The room was clean, comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The only problems were the check-in/check-out and maid’s attitude. The check-in time was changed from 1400hrs to 1500hrs the day of arrival. We found a Osteria to wait it out. However, they didn’t arrive until 1530. The check-out time changed from the time of booking…luckily our hotel in Rome was able to check us in early. As to the Maid…we asked for an extra roll of bathroom tissue and she acted like it was her first born. Then as we went to leave, she was seated blocking half the hallway, on her phone, and didn’t move or acknowledge our request to move.

Dear James,we are sorry for your not complete satisfy about your stay in Casa Isolani.We only want to clarify that we are not an Hotel with 24 h reception, we are a B&B with no reception, as also mentioned in booking confirmation .We have kindly asked to have check in 30 minutes later , because on that day all our guests trains were on delay, also yours !! So it was impossible for us to let everybody enter in same time, we apologize if this has hurted yourself! Nothing has changed about check out time , it is at 10 am since our opening and as mentioned in your booking as well! With regards to toilet paper , our housekeeper was not able to refill toilet paper because you have put do not disturb sign outside your room door. When you have asked for it, she has immediately gone to take two new toilet papers for you without any problems, unfortunately she does not speak English fluently , maybe she was concentrated about your kind request. Finally at your leaving she was seating on our sofa wating for guests leaving rooms in order to make up them, we are sorry if this has disturbed you , but for sure she has not blocked anybody, also because there is enough space to pass throw... We kindly suggest , for next time, to book a 5 stars hotel to avoid all this details , offcourse with a higher rate.Have a lovely day and kind regards.

駅からは少し遠いですが、町の中心のマッジョーレ広場から近いので観光に便利です。ベットやシャワールームも広めです。鍵も4箇所あり、セキュリティも問題ありません。最終日、スーツケースも夕方まで預かってもらえました。レセプションがないので、メールでのチェックイン時間の連絡が必須です。

Le mie aspettative sono state ben riposte: pulizia, comfort, attenzione e cura nel check-in da parte del personale. La posizione , in via D'Azeglio è centralissima e ben servita da ristoranti e negozi. Le stanze sono ben insonorizzate. Sono molto soddisfatto.

Great location

Nice location just off the piazza Maggiore. Elevator very convenient and very safe with double locks. Great bathroom and very clean nice daily service but no breakfast given a credit voucher to eat at a bar that has very rude service breakfast consist of one cup of coffee a croissant and a 4 ounce bottle of juice. No substitutions.
