Nice hotel but definitely not 4*.
- Room is beaten up and needs to be refreshed: carpet is stained and bedding is very thin. Not very comfortable. AC was not functioning so the room was unbearably hot (although it wasn't even that hot outside)
Bare minimum of toiletries (hand soap and shower gel/shampoo only)
Restaurant :
- Breakfast has a large selection although everything is quite bland
We did have dinner there the last night by lack of other choices in the area and were absolutely surprised by the quality of dinner. Very different than breakfast. Portions were unexpectedly big and everything was very tasty and fresh. (Pork belly was delicious)
Staff is mostly very friendly
Easy to park
Pool looked nice but we didn't try it
Convenient drive to the airport and not too far from city center, but you need to have a car to move around
- we didn't use the fitness center but it was tiny

Dear Guest,we thank you for your review and for the time you gave us.We are ending to restore all our rooms, and since now, on request, the new rooms are available: the have eco parquet and bathrooms totally restyled.We remind you that by default all our rooms are equipped with soap, shampoo, glasses in eco friendly material: on request, and totally free our guest could require bathropes, oral set, shaving set, slippers.The AC works based on the outside average temperatures: during your staying there were 16 degrees during the days, but not more than 12 in the nights.Our staff is at your disposal 24/24, to help you, as better as possible, with any needing you could have.We are sorry if our breakfast, generally rather appreciated by our guests, did not meet your expectations.We are comforted that you spent a very good time in our restaurant Opera, and that your were welcomed by our staff.Looking forward to welcoming you again on a next occasion, we remainYours sincerely
