A reasonable good hotel in a small town, but the drain system in the shower is terrible as you are standing in water taking the shower.

Ci dispiace per l'inconveniente della doccia, ma se ci avesse avvisato saremo subito intervenuti per risolvere il problema, come facciamo sempre, per questi piccoli problemi, ma ha preferito non dire niente e poi fare una recensione negativa...

A beautiful old stone building that has been stylishly decorated to provide several en-suite guest rooms. We only stayed for one night but wish we’d had more time here. This family run accommodation has a very homely atmosphere and is in easy walking distance to the lake, the castle and the Basilica di Santa Cristina. Our host gave us information about what to see in the town and where to eat as well as great suggestions for stop offs on our onward destination.

Absolutely incredible—the owners were so nice and I arrived well past the checkout time because I didn't read the email carefully. They were so gracious and made a reservation for me at an incredible restaurant on the water and facilitated it because I don't speak english. Loved the room and the property.

È poco credibile una recensione fatta 9 mesi dopo il soggiorno, crediamo sinceramente che non ricordiate dove avete dormito, confrontando con tutte le altre recensioni positive che abbiamo e la loro relativa valutazione, ci sembra molto strano, comunque se avevate un problema potevate comunicato e come sempre il nostro personale avrebbe provveduto a risolverlo.-----It is not credible a review made 9 months after the stay, we sincerely believe that you do not remember where you slept, comparing it with all the other positive reviews we have and their relative rating, it seems very strange, however if you had a problem you could have communicated it and as always our staff would have taken care of it.
