Publié le 28 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayL'appartement du sympathique Michele est très bien situé (Ötzi n'est pas loin et on trouve de magnifiques fruits/légumes à deux pas) et confortable. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à Bolzano !

Nice to have parking and a washing machine…so convenient. The owner was very kind and great to work with. We would highly recommend this property and we would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief 2-night stay in this clean, modern and very well-appointed apartment. The location is superb, being within easy walking distance of everything the beautiful Old Town has to offer.

Publié le 14 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayWe could not have picked a better place to stay in Bolzano! The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed, and the balcony was amazing! Michele was honestly one of the best hosts we've ever had, from personally taking us to our secure parking and the apartment, to delivering prosecco, coffee, and Bolzano passes that saved us quite a bit of money! The location was perfect on a quiet street just steps away from the historic center, restaurants, and the excellent archaeological museum. Thanks again for your hospitality and a memorable visit Michele!

Fantastic experience

He met us to show us around the apartment, gave us Bolzano/Bozen tickets which we used for museum access, Funivie (cable car), local rail transit. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with every amenity. Immaculate, modern and spacious. the location was perfectly situated in Old Town (quiet street but close to the old town center). The restaurants nearby are among the best we’ve ever experienced.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great - well equipped for cooking meals. We look forward to visiting again! Thank you for a great stay.

Comfortable place

The only downside was there was no air conditioning, but we were there during an unusual heat wave. Our host had one fan available and delivered a second one while we were there. the communication with our host was excellent. I highly recommend this property!

Schöner Urlaub in Bozen
Publié le 26 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayDie Ferienwohnung von Michele hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist zweckmäßig und schön eingerichtet und liegt in einer ruhigen Gasse. Das Badezimmer ist schön und groß, das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer und auch das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer sind sehr bequem, und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, wenn man mal nicht essen gehen möchte. Michele hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, und wenn wir nochmal nach Bozen reisen, würden wir uns wieder für diese Wohnung entscheiden.
